Vast deposits, probably at least 90% water-ice, plus dust, and about 2.3+ miles deep, in some places.
Oh! ... and the deposits are bigger than the state of Texas.... and would cover the entire planet Mars, to the depth of about 33 - 36 ft. deep, if they melted ..... and scientists think this is only about 10% of the amount of water that Mars had in the past.
What happened to the OTHER missing water? ......
