I saw an invalid woman on TV today ... she and her invalid husband were without water and power, due to the record flooding in Britain. She couldn't bend low, to get water from the large, plastic water tanks the government had put out, for all the folks without water .....

One reporter said that some were doing extreme price-gouging on bottled-water ....
