I wonder if you can zoom to identify someone without distortion.
I get the impression, that those bullet cameras provide a fixed view. Below the neat library picture, they talk about security and using an additional "pan-tilt" camera, in conjunction with this new camera lens. I suppose that would be your best bet, for zooming in on an individual, distortion-free.
