This whole giclée (pronounced zhee-CLAY) process is a new one on me, but it sounds fascinating. There was even an article in my local paper about this today.
Like they say in the article ... The million-dollar question seems to be: Is it photography OR scanning?
Still ... a 384 megapixel camera would be pretty sweet .... :)
A 384-megapixel camera such as this, would allow you to capture and print images 6 ft. wide at 300 dpi.
