Just a reminder ... Take a radio, and tune it to a distant station, and then rotate the dial slightly (or set the tuning) to where you can no longer hear the station.
When a meteor streaks through the sky, it will ionize the atmosphere, and for a short while, the distant station will start playing to alert you to the meteor in the sky!
