When BlueGene/L is completed, it will have about 360 teraflops of computing power. It currently stands at 136.8 teraflops. A teraflop is one trillion floating point operations per second.
That's a million X million, or 1000 Gigaflops.

The total computing power of the Top 500, is 1.69 petaflops, which is 50% greater, than the total of 1.127 petaflops, from 6 months ago.
