Earth's �Bigger Cousin� Detected

With so many planets ... it sounds like Gliese 876 is a Happenin' Place.... ;-)

Two things I find interesting. In general the planetary detection techniques must be increasing since the number of planets discovered seem to be growing geometrically.

Specifically to this one I find the close orbit to a dwarf star interesting. That would imply to me that this star must have been born a dwarf and is not a dwarf remnant of a larger star.
