Crews used duct tape to hold up slabs

BostonHerald.com - Local & Regional: Crews used duct tape to hold up slabs

I suppose this is exaggerated, and the duct tape was actually used to hold the ceiling bolts, in the ceiling-concrete as the epoxy around them dried.

The duct tape just shows the degree of cluelessness and bungling in evidence.
